I really loved this post. It's actually written by her friend Maxie who has a blog as well. I only keep in touch with a handful of people who I was friends with in high school (and that goes for middle school as well since pretty much everyone grew up together) and I feel like this post addressed that issue so well. I often get the argument that I've stopped talking to people because I joined a sorority, but really, people just grow apart and you aren't meant to stay close with everyone (or you never really liked them that much in the first place #soz). I think everyone goes through this kind of thing when they're growing into new life phases, so I recommend you check it out!
So I found Meredith's blog because she hosted Blog Baton this week and I'm so glad I did! Many of the blogs that I follow are Southern girls, but they are a bit older than me, so it's nice to find someone around my age! Also, I absolutely love her style! It's very similar to mine so I can see my shopping habits getting worse if she posts links to where she buys things. #ohdear
Okay, I'm obsessed with this blog called The Londoner and I just found this post earlier this week (and then stayed up wayy past my bedtime to read about the whole week). I can't decide if I'd love it (beach, sailing, sun, friends) or hate it (yucky guys, so much partying, orgy situation) but from Rosie's posts, it looks amazing! I am going on a Mediterranean cruise with my family next Spring and visiting some of these places and I can't wait! They look gorgeous and I love sailing, so maybe when I turn 20 I'll check this out. If not, they were surely fun posts to read and pictures to look at at 2 in the morning in the middle of winter!
Katie Sky - Sweet Sweet Melody
This song was featured on Zoella's 1,000,000 subscribers video and ever since I saw that I've been obsessed. It's so upbeat and happy and I've been listening to it non stop. If you happened to come across me driving with my windows down, sun roof open, and my radio blaring, this is probably what's playing (or Midnight Memories because eep! so good).
I have been searching for the perfect Christmassy plaid boxers for forever. I wouldn't think it'd be that hard to make a good tartan plaid but apparently it is as I still haven't found the perfect pair. I have found these however and I love them. I got them for 40% off at $12.50 and they are so cozy! I also got navy with white polka dots and I swear I will live in them for finals week.
