Happy New Year! Today is the first day of what I'm sure is going to be a wonderful 365! I am so excited that I could start it off on a wonderful note surrounded by friends and family and I have soo many exciting things in the works for this year (Europe anyone?).

|As will be obvious in the next two graphics as well, I stress way too much. I do too much worrying and over thinking and not enough living and enjoying and in 2014, I'm going to seriously work on changing that.|
|I love that this has quotes for everyone, no matter which resolutions they've come up with. It pretty much incorporates everything I want to do in 2014 and the quotes just top it all off!|
I don't really believe in setting all sorts of rigid goals and stressing about meeting all sorts of expectations, because I feel like that never works, so I'm focusing on small, easy decisions to do better everyday. I want to get healthier, whether that be by working out 3 days a week or 1, and eating healthier as well. I want to say "yes" to more things and go on more adventures without over thinking and stressing all the fun out of it. I want to be kinder and more patient and focus more on the big picture instead of tiny little failures or bumps in the road. I also want to stop biting my nails, which may be the hardest to improve on. All in all, I'm not setting in rock solid goals or deadlines for myself. I just want to feel like I've made personal improvements in my life when I'm saying goodbye to 2014, much like I do now about 2013.
