My Christmas Wishlist

My Christmas Wishlist

Gosh, it seems like it been forever since I've last written and I have so much to update you guys on, but I'd like to stay in the festive Christmas spirit, so that'll have to come later! For now, I'll just fill you in on what I'd be happy to see under the tree for Christmas incase you, or someone of my family members, need some inspiration!
Like I mentioned in my earlier BFF gift guide post, I'm obsessed with holiday makeup gift sets. You get so much more for your money and most of the time they include limited edition colors, so it's even better. My favorites this year are Benefit's Cheeky Sweet Spot Cheek Pallet and Nars' Virtual Domination Cheek Pallet. Can you tell what I'm missing in my makeup stash?
My other beauty related gift is the Real Techniques setting brush. It's not as exciting, but I don't have anything like it, so it's atleast logical!
Because I'll just be getting back from Europe Christmas Eve, I know I'm going to want to show everyone my pictures and talk about everything I've done and seen and all the people I've met. I really want a nice scrapbook to put all of my tickets and photos in so that years from now I can still look back and remember all the cool things I've done this year.
Keeping with the study abroad travel thing, I really love the Evelyn Henson city prints. They're so adorable and I really want one to put above my bed in my new apartment!!
If you followed Sarah Smile last year, you'll know that the Polaroid camera and L. L. Bean bean boots were on my Wishlist last year as well. I think bean boots are a classic and because I don't "need" them, I just never bought them for myself. I'm keeping them on a running Wishlist on my phone just incase though! The Polaroid camera is just adorable and I'm currently obsessed with printed photos, especially photo booths. I think there's something special about having a photo printed right then and there, because it's 2014 and in this age of Instagram and 100s of editing apps, photos just aren't the same. I also think you like the photo better when you can't edit it. It is what it is and it's much more authentic...I'm a fan.
Last but not least, the Emily Ley Simplified Planner! This one is a bit of a cheat because my dad has already ordered it for me, but I'm obsessed. I feel so scattered without my planner as I tend to write everything in there - to do lists, wish lists, planned blog posts, assignments, birthdays, etc - so I'm very excited to have a cute place to put it all in 2015. I usually use the Lilly Pulitzer planners, but I find this one is a bit more efficient and still cute, win win. Each day has it's own page (in the daily planner) and there is a to-do list spot, a motivational quote, an hourly day planner, and a spot to write what you're having for dinner, which sounds word, but because I want to start cooking in my apartment I think it will be helpful.

What are you hoping for under your tree this Christmas?

P.S. - As I'm currently in Vienna, Austria and blogging on my phone, I can't really see the format of this post. I'm hoping it's all swish as usual, but if not I'll fix it once I'm back in London!
