My 2017 Resolutions

Hi friends! Taking the last week off to spend time with family and friends was much needed, but I am so glad to be back! I did some behind the scenes work on the blog while I was away and am excited to say that a freebie library is on the way! I am working on helpful printables on how to take a blog from a beginner to a business and I am so excited to share them with you. I have learned a lot in the past 3+ years and I'm hopeful that what I've learned will be a big help to all those just starting out!
Additionally, I spent lots of time reflecting on 2016. I first told Myles I loved him in 2016, I bought my first car, I met my favorite blogger ever, I graduated college, I moved in with Myles, I got accepted into law school (!!!), and I started a real life grown up savings. Obviously I had my rough, bad days, but when I look back I feel really blessed to have had all the things I had in 2016. In 2017 I am focusing on: 

1. Being more active. 

2. Putting more time + work into the blog. 

3. Finding ways to give back locally.

4. Being more patient and focusing on listening rather than speaking. 
 
5. Seeing the value in things I already have and saving, rather than spending. 
 
I think I've gotten off to a good start, as I signed up for a 5k in March and spent all of last week scheduling posts for 2017. I am so ready to start using my new blank agenda, getting some creative posts in the works, and getting back into the gym. I have so many exciting posts headed your way - everything from healthy recipes, new outfits, gym routines, blogging how to's, and more!
